"There is no beauty more authentic then the wisdom we find in the love we feel for our children." As a mother of two beautiful  boys, Fine Art Photographer Isabelle van Zeijl started to portray her sons when they were six years old. "When portraying children or adults, I capture the moment when they forget about posing, when they feel completely themselves. That's the moment when their true essence appears." In her portraits she captures the authetic gaze of her model and merges references from the Old Masters with modern imagery  to create  timeless portraits. Van Zeijl captured many children of her beloved collectors all over the world.
